Spiritual warfare is essential to accomplishing anything. The Victory Museum should, at all times it is open, have a room dedicated to worship and prayer.
At least one person, and up to a group of several people, should be leading singing worship songs at all times. They would almost certainly rotate in shifts. Specific songs would be up to the individual leaders and would probably be a mix of hymns and contemporary songs.
Prayer counselors should be available in the worship area for prayer requests. Prayer will be given to anyone who asks for it. We should not be afraid to lay hands on people and even to ask for powerful healings. (Healings rarely happened either in New Testament days or happens in modern days without laying on of hands and asking specifically.) We should not advertise a "healing ministry" or make a spectacle of it, just do it quietly as appropriate.
(I guess this means cessationists need not apply for the prayer warrior position!)
